Welcome to Hutt Valley Christian School
Hutt Valley Christian School is an independent Christian high school which is devoted to recognizing the supremacy of Jesus Christ in all things.
We are a learning community that exists to assist parents in fulfilling the Scriptural requirement to educate their children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. We believe the ‘fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom’ and base our entire curriculum on the reliably solid foundation of God’s Word, the Bible.
We believe that God calls each of us to perform every task to the best of his ability. We foster each child’s talents to help them achieve their best in a positive learning environment.
The school serves the wider Church, and works alongside parents as primary educators, by encouraging our young people to apply their faith to learning, to the world in which they find themselves, and to every task their hands find to do. Our goal is to equip our students to apply their faith not only in the classroom, but also as they interact with the culture at large as ambassadors of faith.
Hutt Valley Christian School is now accepting enrolments for 2010.
